HOW TO USE CLUB POINTS
Club points are points earned by playing (placing) bets using terminals in one of our shops. After placing a bet/ticket, the user will receive points equivalent to the stake for that particular bet. If the user, for example, played a Sports bet with a stake of 5.00 N$, he would then receive 5 club points that can then be used to purchase one of the following:
- Free tickets (bets)
- Items
1. Place your bets
- number of events: 3
- total odds: 10
- You can use odds bonus on Basic Ticket ONLY
2. Select BONUS TICKET
- Be sure that you have at least 100 CLUB POINTS
- Be sure that your current balance is at least 0.50 N$ (Surcharge amount)
- Tick the checkbox next to the surcharge amount
3. Place the bet with ODDS BOOST TICKET
- Once you tick the checkbox 10x odds boost will be applied to your total odds
- Total ticket value will be displayed as 5 N$ but ONLY 0.50 N$ will be deducted from your account (0.50 N$ x 10 odds boost = 5 N$)
- Be sure to double-check your bet slip for any potential mistakes
- Once you place your bet it will deduct 100 CLUB POINTS and 0.50 N$ from your balance
In order to purchase an item from the shop, complete the following steps:
- 1. TAP CLUB BUTTON
- 2. TAP CLUB SHOP
- 3. SELECT ITEM
- 4. TAP ORDER BUTTON
- 5. TAP ACCEPT BUTTON
Collecting an item bought through the shop is done by presenting the receipt printed by the terminal to one of our cashiers. Take the receipt, give it to the cashier in the shop, and he/she will provide you with the item.
In order to use a free ticket, follow these steps:
- 1. TAP PLACE BETS BUTTON
- 2. TAP ON A FREE TICKETS BUTTON TO EXPAND
- 3. TAP ON A USE TICKET BUTTON
- 4. TAP THE BUTTON TO FINISH PLACING THE BET
- Points are accumulated only via sports betting
- Points are accumulated only for processed tickets
- Points can be accumulated via online platforms and in shops
